I agree these look yummy and I am not a big mushroom fan. You never wash mushrooms because they soak up water like sponges. Should be wiped with a damp cloth.

I will have to make these when my husband is not around - he shares your opinion. These look divine.
PS - I have always learned to brush mushrooms with a damp towel, never run under water. Don't know if you wanted to know that.

Oh, boy those look amazing! Sorry, Whitney but I think he's got you on this one! All of us are insane for mushroom...fights ensue after I've made some. I win 'cause I do the serving. Poor Joe gets short changed as he gets served last after the children.
